Our very own Lavender Whipped Shea Butter featured in Fashionably Meek

Time to search back in your memory banks…remember months ago we talked about Rise ‘N Shine Online?  I used their Bentonite Clay on my tootsies!  Softville (see previous post)

Well, I received their Whipped Shea Butter Scented with Lavendar.  One word, impressed!  Okay, so if I’m required to use more than one word, let me just say this…Shea Butter has a unique stinky smell.  I don’t care from which company, it’s just an acquired smell.  I love Shea Butter, it makes my skin fabulous, and the benefits outweigh the funk. Additionally, the scent dissipates fast.

Rise ‘N Shine did something grand when they added the lavender to this!  I am not even a lavender fan, it’s just not a scent that tickles my britches.  But this is great, light and still feels wonderfully soothing to the skin, providing lasting hydration.

Side note:  I recently used their Bentonite Clay again mixed with organic Apple Cider Vinegar for some skin issues that I have, and it made a REMARKABLE improvement in simply one use…no lie!  They also have great prices, check out their site for some of their other organic products!

**I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review

So what did you receive in your Ipsy this month that you’re in love with?  And, are you a Shea Butter or clay fan?  Will you be trying Rise ‘N Shine Online?

  • Yes we do! In fact both Lavender and Shea Butter have been shown to soothe the inflammation caused by Psoriasis. Additionally, we offer pure Aloe Vera which can be beneficial to promote healing the skin as well as African Black Soap which is primarily composed of Shea Butter, Tamanu oil and Bentonite Clay.
